Hello Marquette Little League Families!
We are excited to kick off our 2024 season & our MLL Board wanted to take the opportunity to inform you about upcoming dates and expectations to our season!
Our 2024 Season Registration is officially OPEN!

Parents, when creating your account please be sure to add other parent email information to your account.
All communication from our league will go out via email and facebook posts.
In order for any player to participate in our Winter/Spring Training sessions they must be registered with MLL and medical release and concussion forms must be turned in. Forms will be available at registration of trainings for parents to complete.
Marquette Little League is a 100% Volunteer driven organization, and it takes a collective effort to run our league! Upon registering your players this season, we are asking that every family participates in helping with at least (2) Volunteer opportunities throughout the season. (Examples: winter/spring training registration, draft registration, concession stand, field work, tournaments, committees, fundraising events…etc.)
Our hope for this 2024 season is that we will have an increase in numbers of Volunteers and that our league won’t need to offer a ‘non-volunteer opt out fee’ for our 2025 Season! We will have many opportunities to volunteer!
All outdoor practices and game schedules are subject to the weather and the City of Marquette giving us permission to be on the fields!
For our 2024 season to start: the snow must melt, frost must go, infields must thoroughly dry, and the grass must start to green up before the city will allow us to practice on the fields! Please continue to understand & be flexible with season start dates as weather is out of our control!
Our plan will be to continue to utilize Vandenboom Gym & Lakeview Arena for the months of January – April until we can get outside and onto the fields.
Any player looking to play in a division above their league age, MUST apply, be evaluated by coach/trainers and approved by the board. Parents will be required to sign a waiver.
Player MUST attend (2) Winter/Spring Training sessions PRIOR to the draft to be evaluated.

We will not be able to honor/accept any family requests for players to be on same team this season.
With such a large organization, we receive too many requests, and it's just not possible!
Siblings will be placed on the same team if they are playing in the same division (unless requested otherwise from parents)
If you would like to be on the same team as another coach or player, please volunteer to coach!
Marquette Little League is a 100% a parent run volunteer program. If you have ever considered coaching, now is your chance!
No experience is needed! We will teach/train coaches & provide support!
Lack of volunteers will severely limit our ability to run a quality program in any of our divisions

Coaches Pitch: Tuesday & Thursday
Minors Girls Softball and Minors Baseball: Monday & Wednesday
Majors Girls Softball and Majors Baseball: Tuesday & Thursday
Juniors Girls Softball, Juniors & Senior Baseball Division: Monday – Friday
(Games and practices will be determined by final enrollment and team selection)

Week of May 13th- Proposed start to Minors – Juniors Divisions Game Play
Week of May 13th – MANDATORY TeeBall, Coaches Pitch & 6/7/8 Softball meeting – TBA
Week of May 20th- Outdoor Practices for TeeBall & Coaches Pitch (weather depending)
Week of June 10th – Proposed start to TeeBall & Coaches Pitch games
May/June/July – All Star tryouts, Districts and States for Minor – Senior Divisions
